The National Society Daughters of the
American Revolution is a non-political patriotic service
organization for women 18 years and older. There are nearly 180,000
members in approximately 3,000 chapters in the
United States and throughout other parts of the world.
Michigan has 54 Chapters. Nancy De Graff Toll Chapter
currently has 28 members.
DAR's focus is historic preservation,
promotion of education and patriotism.
The Chapter meets monthly except in January, July, and August. We vary
the meeting time and places to accommodate the busy schedules of our
members and prospective members. Each regular meeting includes
patriotic exercise, the President General's Message and a
five-minute National Defense Report.
